  • Anglo Saxons and Code Blast
    Year 4 have been looking at the kinds of foods eaten by the Anglo Saxons. They have created a simple menu of what might have been eaten at the time. Code Blast was used to enhance their coding experiences.
  • Year 4 Learn how to Pray the Rosary
    Year 4 have been working hard in RE this afternoon learning how to pray the Rosary. They have learned about the different beads, what they represent and which prayers to say for each one.
  • Year 1 Speaking and Listening
    Year 1 have been in the playground for their speaking and listening activity this morning. The children used the iPad microphone to record their seaside topic work. More robot and commands work with Beebot and Teksta.
  • Coronation Celebrations
    Year 1 have had a great day getting ready for the coronation.
  • Sunflowers
    Year 1 were very excited to see that some of their sunflower seeds have sprouted.
  • Year 4 Viking Dragons
    The children have finished drawing their dragons and have started to colour them in to look like silhouettes.
  • Year 3 Kahoots
    Fast paced afternoon with Year 3. Participating in a ‘3D Shapes’ Kahoot quiz and a magnificent 74%. Using ScratchJR to code our initials and save our work. Lastly drawing the Great Pyramids of Giza for their topic work. A big well done Year 3
  • Year 1 Plant Hunt
    Year 1 went on a walk around school this afternoon to see what plants look like and where they grow.
  • Year 1 Sunflowers
    Year 1 have been busy this afternoon planting sunflower seeds and are looking forward to seeing them grow.
  • Pyonkee and Ancient Greece
    Year 5 are using the coding app Pyonkee. They have used Pyonkee to paint an Ancient Greek artefact and turn this into a sprite. Lastly they have coded their sprite.
